Journey at Bangkit 2023!
Bangkit is a career readiness program by Google, Goto, and Traveloka. This program launched in 2019 at Google for Indonesia (#G4ID) events. This year, Bangkit has around 9k quota for participants. Batch 1 2023, Bangkit accepted 5.1k students to be Bangkit cohorts. This number increased from last year that only around 3k students.
I’m one of the 5.1k students accepted in this batch. It’s happy to be part of Bangkit. As an IT student, joining Bangkit is one of my targets because Bangkit provides us an industry-based curriculum and soft skills that matched with the industries.
In this article, I would share my experience and how to register for Bangkit 2023 batch 2.

My Experience
In Bangkit, I met a lot of awesome people. I met people from various universities and cities. As Cloud Computing cohorts, Bangkit provides us with Coursera, Dicoding, and Google Cloud Skillboost to learn about Cloud. There will be 7 sessions for ILT Tech and Soft Skills.
Also, Bangkit provides us Discord server for communication and some channels for our hobby. As an aviation enthusiast, I loved to talk about aviation with others. Bangkit has an aviation channel, so I can talk and discuss with other aviation fellows.
Usually, we do Avtalk every Friday night, we talk about aircraft, airlines, and many more. Also, we’re visiting the airport through Google Earth.
I’m so happy to be part of Bangkit and looking forward to contributing as a mentor or advisor at Bangkit!
